若您想成為結伴同行慈善基金服務中心的會員或使用結伴同行慈善基金服務中心的服務，你必須同意及遵守使用規則。
Use of rules
If you want to become a member of SBS Charity Fund Service Centre, or use services provided by SBS Charity Fund Service Centre, you must agree to abide by the usage rules, these rules will be your part of the agreement in which you accept these usage rules.
服務條款的修改
結伴同行慈善基金服務中心根據情況不時修改服務條款而無需特意通知您，服務條款一旦發生變動，如果你在服務條款修改以後希望繼續使用結伴同行慈善基金服務中心服務，您必須同意修改了的服務條款。
Modifications of the Terms of Service
SBS Charity Fund Service Centre will, under certain circumstances, modify the Terms of Service without notifying you. If you wish to continue to use services provided by SBS Charity Fund Service Centre after changes are made to the Terms of Service, you must agree to accept the modified Terms of Service.
登記資料
用戶所提供的個人資料純屬自願性質，也授權結伴同行慈善基金服務中心根據個人資料（私隱）條例而訂定的資料保護政策保存及處理你的個人資料。結伴同行慈善基金服務中心絕對不會在未得用戶同意下，出售、租借及轉讓閣下資料予任何人士或組織。除非用戶明確要求結伴同行慈善基金服務中心授權某人通過本服務透露這些信息、依據相應的法律及程序要求結伴同行慈善基金服務中心提供用戶的個人資料、以及在享受送貨服務時必須向運輸公司提供的姓名、電話及地址。如果用戶提供的資料不準確，結伴同行慈善基金服務中心保留終止向用戶提供服務的權利。
Registration Information
SBS Charity Fund Service Centre has the right to disclose user information to third parties, including registration information, but SBS Charity Fund Service Centre will not publicize a user’s real name, account number and other personal information. Unless a user explicitly requests SBS Charity Fund Service Centre or an authorized personal through services to disclose this information, and in accordance with the appropriate legal and procedural requirements of the SBS Charity Fund Service Centre to provide personal information. If the information provided by the user is inaccurate, SBS Charity Fund Service Centre reserves the final decision in service provision for the user.
會員帳戶、密碼及安全
當你完成「網上購物」的登記程序成為會員之後，您將收到一個密碼及帳戶。會員是有責任維護密碼及帳戶的機密安全。意即用戶要為該密碼及帳戶所進行的一切行動負完全的責任。用戶需同意當密碼或帳戶遭到未獲授權的使用，或者其他任何安全問題發生時，立即通知結伴同行慈善基金服務中心。您未能遵守本項規定所衍生之任何損失或損害，結伴同行慈善基金服務中心無法處理及不予負責。
A user Account, Password and Security
Upon completion of the ‘Service’ registration, thereby becoming a user, you will receive a password and account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the password and account. Users are obliged to take full responsibility of the usage of the password and account. Users are to immediately notify SBS Charity Fund Service Centre upon unauthorized use of password and account or any other situation when there is an issue with security. If you fail to comply with this term of service in cases of loss and/or damage, SBS Charity Fund Service Centre will not be able to handle the problem, nor is responsible of loss and/or damage.
個別服務之使用條款
使用討論區的會員，除非另有合約註明，否則必須在遵守論壇內特定的個別規則(否則取消會籍而不作任何倍償)，規則亦會以特定方式張貼，論壇的管理員有絕對權利察看您的論壇的資料(不包括真實姓名和帳號)。
Individual Service on the Terms of Use
Users in use of the forum, unless otherwise stated in another contract, must abide by the rules of the forum (or else membership will be cancelled without any compensation). Rules will be posted in a specific manner, and the forum administrator has absolute right to view your forum post and information (excluding real name and account number).
服務的修訂或中斷
結伴同行慈善基金服務中心保留隨時修改或中斷服務而無需特意通知用戶的權利。如果結伴同行慈善基金服務中心行使修改或中斷服務的權利，則無需對用戶或任何第三方負責。
Amendment or Interruption in Services
SBS Charity Fund Service Centre reserves the right to amend or interrupt services at any time without the consent of members. If SBS Charity Fund Service Centre uses its right to amend or interrupt a service, then neither users nor third parties are responsible.
服務使用行為
你了解一切的資訊、資料、文字、軟體、音樂、音訊、照片、圖形、視訊、信息或其他資料，無論其為公開張貼或私下傳送，均為提供者之責任。意即你，而非結伴同行慈善基金服務中心。
你同意不將「本網站」作以下用途(否則取消會籍而不作任何倍償)：
- 干擾或破壞「本網站」或與「本網站」相連線之伺服器和網路，或不遵守於本服務連線網路之規定程序、政策或規範；
- 以任何方式騷擾他人及傷害未成年人；
- 冒充任何人或機構，包含但不限於結伴同行慈善基金服務中心任何工作人員，或以虛偽不實的方式陳述或謊稱與任何人或機構之關係；
- 將設計目的在於干擾/破壞或限制任何電腦軟體/硬體或通訊設備功能之軟體病毒或其他電腦代碼/檔案和程式之任何資料，加以上載/張貼或以其他方式傳送；
- 違反任何相關當地/州政府/國家或國際法規，包含但不限於香港特別行政區的法律，以及任何具有法律效力之規範；
- 宣傳或提供任何有關提倡非法活動、危害他人、群眾和動物的生命安全的任何內容。
Service Use Behavior
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, audio, photos, graphics, video, messages and other information, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the responsibilities of the person displaying materials. This means you, not SBS Charity Fund Service Centre.
You must agree to not use the ‘Services’ in any of the following ways (or else membership will be cancelled without any compensation):
•Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the ‘Service’ line, or fails to comply with the regulations of the networks related to the ‘Service’ ‘s program, policies or regulations;
•Harassment of others or harm of minors in any way;
•Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to any staff of the SBS Charity Fund Service Centre, or make untruthful statements or misrepresent a relationship between any person or entity;
•Plan to interrupt, destroy or limit any computer software hardware or telecommunications equipment, with software viruses or other computer code files and any information program, in addition to uploading posts or through other ways of transmission;
•Violate any local state government, national or international laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as well as any legally binding norms;
•Promote or provide any content of any promotion of illegal activities, harm of the safety of others, the masses and animal life.
拒絕提供擔保及責任的聲明
- 本服務以使用時所見到及所存在的狀態為基礎，用戶明確地同意由用戶個人承擔使用「本網站」的風險。
- 結伴同行慈善基金服務中心明確表示不向用戶作任何保證，不論是明示或暗示的，包括商業上使用的擔保、不受到侵犯等。
- 結伴同行慈善基金服務中心不保證服務一定能滿足用戶的要求，也不擔保服務的及時性、安全性、不出錯、不中斷。結伴同行慈善基金服務中心拒絕提供任何擔保。
- 結伴同行慈善基金服務中心對我們所提供的服務所導致的任何直接、間接、偶然、特殊及隨後產生的損害不負任何責任。
Rejection to Provide Warranties and Liability Statements
• This service is based on the state which user is using and its existence, the user expressly agrees that the risk is borne by the user itself when using this "service".
• SBS Charity Fund Service Centre will not make any guarantee, whether express or implied, including guarantee of commercial usage, are not subject to infringement.
• SBS Charity Fund Service Centre does not guarantee that services will meet the complete satisfaction of users, and does not guarantee the timeliness of service, security, error, without interruption. SBS Charity Fund Service Centre refuses to provide any guarantees.
• SBS Charity Fund Service Centre is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, and special damages as a result of the use of provided services.
宣傳信息
當用戶自行提供的電郵選擇接結伴同行慈善基金服務中心通訊後，結伴同行慈善基金服務中心根據用戶所提供的資料，發放結伴同行慈善基金服務中心最新消息，包括通訊、活動、課程、義工招募及邀請、收集意見等。
Publicity
SBS Charity Fund Service Centre and/or third parties have the right to send advertisement and promotional materials to users. Such information may be sent to the email addresses of members of SBS Charity Fund Service Centre. Advertising materials may also come from a third party outside of the SBS Charity Fund Service Centre, thus SBS Charity Fund Service Centre is not responsible for the content of such advertising materials; users agree that SBS Charity Fund Service Centre need not be held responsible.
彌償
由於你經由「本網站」提供、傳送、使用「本網站」、與「本網站」連線、而違反本服務條款、或你侵害其他人任何權利因而衍生或導致任何第三者提出索賠或請求，包括合理的律師費，你同意賠償結伴同行慈善基金服務中心或其他夥伴，並使其免受損害。
Indemnity
You agree that in cases where you, through the ‘Service’, post, transmit or use ‘Service’s; violate the Terms of Service; or harm the rights of others or cause third parties to request for compensation or favor, including reasonable attorney fees, SBS Charity Fund Service Centre and its subsidiaries, branch supervisor, agents, joint vendors or other partners and employees have indemnity from and against damage.
法律
您了解網際網路的無國界性，同意遵守當地所有相關規定之網上行為及可接受「內容」之法規。您特別同意遵守關於從香港或您居住的國家或地區輸出技術性或個人資料所有相關法律。
Legality
You understand the borderless nature of the cyber world, and agree to comply with all local rules for online conduct and accept the 'regulations' of law. You agree to comply with all relevant laws from Hong Kong or the country you are inhabiting or region or laws relevant to personal information and data.
